摘要

本文总结1例基于“体温链式管理”方案联合五音疗法应用于冷凝集素综合征（CAS）合并右肺中叶磨玻璃结节患者行胸腔镜肺叶切除术的全程护理经验。CAS患者因低温诱导使冷凝集素活化，胸腔镜手术易致体温暴露，面临溶血、血栓等多重风险。现有体温管理多局限于术中局部加温，忽视术前预暖、术中恒温调控及术后延续控温，难以阻断“低温—溶血”恶性循环。本研究旨在构建“体温链式管理”方案与五音疗法相结合，通过靶向控制体温暴露风险节点，优化CAS患者手术安全性，为特殊体质患者的精准体温管理提供新策略。

Abstract

This article summarizes the comprehensive nursing management of a patient with cold agglutinin syndrome （CAS） and a ground-glass opacity nodule in the right middle lobe undergoing thoracoscopic lobectomy， utilizing a "temperature chain management" protocol integrated with five-tone therapy. CAS patients are exposed to multiple risks such as hemolysis and thrombosis due to cold-induced agglutinin activation during thoracoscopic surgery， which inevitably leads to body temperature exposure. Existing temperature management strategies predominantly focus on intraoperative local warming， neglecting preoperative pre-warming， intraoperative constant temperature regulation， and postoperative continuous temperature control， thereby failing to interrupt the "hypothermia-hemolysis" vicious cycle. This study establishes a novel approach by combining the "temperature chain management" protocol with five-tone therapy. It targets critical temperature exposure risk points to optimize surgical safety for CAS patients， offering a new strategy for precision temperature management in patients with special physiological conditions.
