摘要

本文总结1例肱骨近端粉碎性骨折合并尺骨鹰嘴粉碎性骨折术后患者的护理经验。在常规护理基础上，联合应用中医适宜技术（火龙罐综合灸、中药贴敷）干预患肢，通过温通经络、活血化瘀、消肿止痛等机制促进康复。结果显示术后5 d，患者上臂肿胀周径由35 cm降至31 cm，前臂由26.5 cm降至24.5 cm；疼痛VAS评分从7分（重度疼痛）降至2分（轻度疼痛），且未发生感染或血栓等严重并发症，康复进程显著改善。本案例表明，中医适宜技术可有效缓解骨折术后患肢肿胀与疼痛，增强患者功能锻炼耐受性，加速康复并提升生活质量及满意度，为临床实践提供参考。

Abstract

This article summarizes the nursing experience of a patient with comminuted proximal humerus fracture combined with comminuted olecranon fracture. On the basis of routine nursing care， integrated traditional Chinese medicine （TCM） therapies （fire-dragon cupping comprehensive moxibustion and herbal plaster application） were applied to the affected limb to promote rehabilitation through mechanisms such as warming meridians， activating blood circulation， resolving stasis， and alleviating pain. Results showed that by postoperative day 5， the upper arm swelling circumference decreased from 35 cm to 31 cm， and the forearm circumference reduced from 26.5 cm to 24.5 cm. The pain Visual Analog Scale （VAS） score improved from 7 （severe pain） to 2 （mild pain）， with no severe complications such as infection or thrombosis observed. The rehabilitation process was significantly enhanced. This case demonstrates that TCM therapies can effectively alleviate postoperative limb swelling and pain， improve tolerance to functional exercises， accelerate recovery， and enhance quality of life and patient satisfaction， providing a reference for clinical practice.
