摘要

本文总结1例中医定向透药联合循经按摩治疗顽固性偏头痛伴焦虑患者的护理经验。通过全面的护理评估，实施中医特色治疗护理、情志护理及饮食指导等综合干预措施，有效改善患者头痛症状及焦虑状态，提高了患者生活质量，以期为同类病例的护理提供参考。

Abstract

This article summarizes the nursing experience of a patient with intractable migraine and comorbid anxiety treated with Traditional Chinese Medicine （TCM） directional drug penetration therapy combined with meridian-based massage. Through comprehensive nursing assessments， holistic interventions including TCM-specific therapeutic nursing， emotional regulation strategies， and dietary guidance were implemented. These measures significantly alleviated the patient's headache symptoms and anxiety， enhancing their quality of life. This case offers valuable insights for managing similar clinical scenarios.
