摘要

本文总结1例乳腺癌术后合并睡眠障碍患者的护理体会。患者表现为夜难入寐、易醒、多梦，每日睡眠时间小于3 h，通过影响因素分析，予患者疼痛管理、心理护理、饮食调护、调适睡眠环境及加强锻炼，结合中医百会穴艾灸及耳灸护理，患者睡眠质量显著改善，夜间睡眠时间延长至5 h，匹兹堡睡眠质量指数（PSQI）得分由17分降至11分，由重度睡眠障碍改善为轻度睡眠障碍。

Abstract

This article summarizes the nursing experience of a postoperative breast cancer patient with sleep disorder. The patient presented with difficulty falling asleep， frequent awakenings， and excessive dreaming， with total sleep time less than 3 hours per night. Through comprehensive analysis of contributing factors， integrated interventions were implemented including pain management， psychological care， dietary adjustment， sleep environment optimization， and physical exercise， combined with Traditional Chinese Medicine （TCM） therapies of moxibustion at Baihui （GV20） point and auricular moxibustion. These interventions significantly improved the patient's sleep quality， extending nighttime sleep duration to 5 hours. The Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index （PSQI） score decreased from 17 to 11， indicating improvement from severe to mild sleep disorder.
