摘要

本文总结1例ICU获得性衰弱患者在早期康复锻炼的基础上，给予五音疗法联合经穴推拿中医适宜技术的护理体会。2024年02月04日，我科收治1例Ⅱ型呼吸衰竭、支气管扩张合并感染患者，住院46 d后患者肌力分级（Medical Research Council， MRC）评分为32分，巴氏指数（Barthel index）评分为0分，诊断为ICU获得性衰弱；应用五音疗法联合经穴推拿技术，39 d后患者MRC评分为54分，BI评分为65分，患者于入院后85 d出院。

Abstract

This article summarizes the nursing experience of applying Five-Element Music Therapy combined with meridian-acupoint tuina as complementary TCM techniques for a patient with ICU-acquired weakness， alongside early rehabilitation exercises. On February 4， 2024， a patient with type II respiratory failure and bronchiectasis complicated by infection was admitted. After 46 days of hospitalization， the patient was diagnosed with ICU-acquired weakness， presenting a Medical Research Council （MRC） score of 32 points and Barthel Index （BI） score of 0 points. Following 39 days of Five-Element Music Therapy and meridian-acupoint tuina intervention， the MRC score improved to 54 points and BI score to 65 points. The patient was discharged 85 days post-admission.
