摘要

本文总结1例皮内针联合中药塌渍治疗气虚血瘀型中风后肢体麻木的护理经验。基于中医辨证施护理论，予患侧肢体阳明经皮内针和中药塌渍治疗温通经络，同时联合生活起居、用药指导、情志护理及健康宣教等护理措施，经过14 d的治疗，有效减轻患者肢体麻木症状，提高了患者的生活自理能力。该方法操作简便易廉、安全性高、无不良反应，值得临床推广应用。

Abstract

This report summarizes the nursing management of a patient with post-stroke limb numbness characterized by Qi deficiency and blood stasis pattern， treated using intradermal needle therapy combined with herbal compress application. Based on the principles of TCM pattern differentiation and nursing， intradermal needles were applied along the Yangming Meridian of the affected limb alongside herbal compress therapy to warm and unblock the meridians. These interventions were integrated with comprehensive nursing care encompassing activity guidance， medication instruction， emotional support， and health education. After 14 days of treatment， significant reduction in limb numbness symptoms was achieved alongside improved self-care capacity. The combined approach demonstrated merits including simplicity， cost-effectiveness， high safety profile， and absence of adverse reactions， supporting its potential for broader clinical implementation.
