Nursing Experience of a Case of Cervical Spondylosis with Phlegm and Blood Stasis Obstructing Meridians Treated by Scraping Therapy Combined with Moxibustion
This article summarizes the nursing experience of treating one case of cervical arthralgia syndrome with phlegm-stasis obstructing collaterals pattern using scraping combined with moxibustion. Through nursing assessment, clear nursing problems were identified. The treatment protocol integrated scraping with moxibustion, alongside pattern-based techniques, dietary therapy, emotional regulation, and lifestyle guidance. This holistic approach aimed to balance yin and yang, resolve phlegm and dampness, and unblock collaterals to alleviate pain. The intervention effectively improved the patient’s symptoms and reduced discomfort.
