摘要

本文回顾1例应用五音疗法联合耳穴贴压技术治疗ICU谵妄患者合并睡眠障碍的护理体会。在患者恢复期，护理人员基于“子午流注学说”的中医理论框架，运用五音疗法、耳穴贴压的中医适宜技术，结合早期康复训练方案。通过调和阴阳，恢复患者气血运行，改善身体机能、舒缓情志及醒神开窍等机制，有效改善患者谵妄状态，提高睡眠质量。

Abstract

This report reviews the nursing experience of treating an ICU patient with comorbid delirium and sleep disturbances using integrated Five-Element Music Therapy and Auricular Acupressure. During the recovery phase， nursing interventions were guided by the Midnight-Noon Ebb-Flow Doctrine， a theoretical framework of Traditional Chinese Medicine （TCM）. The protocol combined Five-Element Music Therapy， Auricular Acupressure， and early-stage rehabilitation training. By harmonizing yin and yang， restoring qi-blood circulation， improving physiological function， alleviating emotional distress， and revitalizing sensory awareness， the approach effectively resolved delirium and enhanced sleep quality.
