摘要

本文总结1例小儿推拿辅助治疗新生儿黄疸湿热郁蒸型的护理体会。蓝光照射是目前西医新生儿黄疸的首选方法，但存在不良反应等缺点；小儿推拿可促进新生儿生长发育，绿色健康，可减轻新生儿黄疸。本文予患儿蓝光照射的基础上，联合实施小儿推拿，不仅加快患儿退黄速度也减少患儿的不良反应。经治疗，患者黄疸值降至正常，并顺利出院。

Abstract

This article summarizes the nursing experience of pediatric massage as an adjuvant therapy for neonatal jaundice with dampness-heat stagnation pattern. Phototherapy remains the first-line Western medical treatment for neonatal jaundice but carries risks of adverse effects. Pediatric massage， a safe and non-invasive approach， promotes neonatal growth and development while alleviating jaundice symptoms. In this case， the infant received combined treatment with phototherapy and pediatric massage， which accelerated bilirubin reduction and minimized adverse reactions. After the intervention， the infant's jaundice indices normalized， and the patient was discharged successfully.
