摘要

本文通过总结1例重症肺炎患者在ECMO治疗过程中的院感防控措施护理实践，护士在置管配合、ECMO管路护理、呼吸机管路护理、皮肤护理、营养支持、监测及环境清洁消毒等全流程中对院感防控措施的落实及中医护理的结合应用，旨在探索总结此类患者院感防控的重点难点，为临床护理工作提供参考依据，以降低患者感染风险，改善患者的预后和生活质量，同时突出护理工作在院感防控中的重要意义和价值。

Abstract

This article summarizes the implementation of healthcare-associated infection （HAI） prevention and control measures during ECMO therapy for a patient with severe pneumonia. Throughout the entire continuum of care—including catheter placement assistance， ECMO circuit management， ventilator circuit care， skin integrity maintenance， nutritional support， physiological monitoring， and environmental cleaning/disinfection—nurses rigorously applied HAI prevention protocols while integrating traditional Chinese medicine nursing principles. By exploring and synthesizing critical challenges in HAI prevention for such cases， this practice aims to establish clinical nursing references for reducing infection risks， improving patient prognoses and quality of life， while highlighting the indispensable role of nursing in HAI prevention.
