摘要

本文报告1例消渴病伴腹型肥胖患者的护理案例。患者存在血糖控制不佳、高血压、肥胖以及糖尿病饮食知识缺乏等问题。通过中医非药物疗法，即运用温阳罐灸联合中药膏摩，配合饮食调护和健康教育等措施进行干预。经治疗，患者体重减轻，腹胀程度减轻，便溏症状改善，血糖有所控制，患者对消渴症知识了解有所加深，并积极配合治疗。

Abstract

This case report details the nursing management of a patient with diabetes mellitus （Xiaoke disease） complicated by abdominal obesity. The patient presented with poorly controlled blood glucose， hypertension， obesity， and inadequate knowledge of diabetic nutrition. Interventions employing Traditional Chinese Medicine （TCM） non-pharmacological therapies—specifically Warming Yang cupping-moxibustion combined with Chinese herbal ointment massage—were implemented alongside dietary guidance and health education. Post-intervention， the patient exhibited reduced body weight， alleviated abdominal distension， improved loose stools， better glycemic control， enhanced understanding of diabetes management， and increased treatment compliance.
