摘要

本文总结1例老年脑挫伤合并谵妄患者的中西医结合护理体会。患者因跌倒致脑挫伤、蛛网膜下腔出血入院，住院期间出现谵妄症状，提供穴位贴敷及药物缓解疼痛症状。通过8周的中西医结合干预，患者疼痛缓解，谵妄症状得到有效控制，避免患者发生严重并发症，心理状态明显改善，家属掌握谵妄护理相关知识，患者病情稳定出院。

Abstract

This article summarizes the nursing experience of an elderly patient with traumatic brain contusion complicated by delirium using an integrated Traditional Chinese Medicine （TCM） and Western medicine approach. The patient was hospitalized due to brain contusion and subarachnoid hemorrhage caused by a fall and subsequently developed delirium. Interventions included acupoint application therapy and analgesic medication for pain relief. After 8 weeks of integrated care， the patient achieved significant pain reduction， effective delirium control， and prevention of severe complications. Psychological status markedly improved， family members acquired delirium care knowledge， and the patient was discharged in stable condition.
