摘要

本文总结铜砭刮痧联合中药膏摩缓解1例寒湿痹阻型腰痛患者的护理经验。护理人员基于中医辨证施护理论，在相应部位采取铜砭刮痧联合中药膏摩技术，并配合生活起居、情志护理及饮食护理，通过干预后，对比治疗前后的效果，有效改善患者腰部疼痛症状，提高患者生活质量。

Abstract

This article summarizes the nursing experience of alleviating lumbago in a patient with cold-dampness obstruction pattern through copper-based scraping therapy combined with herbal ointment massage. Guided by TCM syndrome differentiation principles， the integrated intervention was applied to targeted regions alongside routine care including activity guidance， emotional counseling， and dietary management. Comparative assessment pre- and post-intervention demonstrated significant improvement in lumbar pain symptoms and enhancement of the patient's quality of life.
