摘要

本文总结1例副韧带撕裂后膝关节僵直患者选择保守治疗方案，护理人员为患者制定针对性中西医结合护理方案。利用中医护理技术中药熏洗、中药塌渍及耳穴压丸联合康复锻炼，已改善患者膝关节僵直症状。经治疗，患者视觉模拟评分法（Visual Analogue Scale， VAS）评分由4分降至1分，膝关节功能（HSS）评分由80分上升至84分，汉密尔顿焦虑评估量表（Hamilton Anxiety Rating Scale， HAMA）由14分降至8分，匹兹堡睡眠质量指数（Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index， PSQI）评分由16分降至10分，左侧膝关节屈曲由治疗前90°改善至35°，左侧膝关节伸直由治疗前160°改善至180°，左下肢肌力由Ⅳ改善至Ⅴ。中医护理特色护理联合康复锻炼，对于缓解膝关节僵直的效果明显，且操作简单，效果显著，有效提高患者生活质量。

Abstract

This article summarizes the integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine （TCM-WM） nursing protocol for a patient with knee joint stiffness following a collateral ligament tear， who opted for conservative treatment. The nursing team developed a tailored intervention combining TCM nursing techniques—including herbal fumigation and washing， herbal compression， and auricular acupoint pressing—with rehabilitative exercises to alleviate knee stiffness. Post-intervention outcomes demonstrated significant improvements： Visual Analogue Scale （VAS） score decreased from 4 to 1. Hospital for Special Surgery （HSS） knee function score increased from 80 to 84. Hamilton Anxiety Rating Scale （HAMA） score reduced from 14 to 8.Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index （PSQI） score declined from 16 to 10. Left knee flexion improved from 90° to 35° （active range）. Left knee extension advanced from 160° to 180° （full extension）.Left lower limb muscle strength enhanced from grade IV to V. The integration of TCM-specific nursing techniques with rehabilitative exercise markedly alleviated knee stiffness， simplified clinical operations， and effectively improved the patient’s quality of life.
