摘要

本报告总结1例应用脐灸疗法治疗腹型肥胖患者的护理体会。通过中医辨证施护，结合脐灸疗法、饮食调摄、运动指导及情志护理，患者腹围、体重及空腹血糖指标改善，乏力症状缓解。脐灸疗法通过温通经络、调理脾胃、化湿降浊，配合饮食、运动及情志护理，对腹型肥胖消渴病患者的代谢调节具有积极作用。

Abstract

This report summarizes the nursing experience of treating a patient with abdominal obesity using umbilical moxibustion therapy. Guided by Traditional Chinese Medicine （TCM） syndrome differentiation and holistic nursing， interventions included umbilical moxibustion， dietary adjustments， exercise guidance， and emotional regulation. Post-treatment， the patient exhibited reduced waist circumference， body weight， and fasting blood glucose levels， along with alleviated fatigue symptoms. Umbilical moxibustion， by warming meridians， regulating spleen-stomach function， and resolving dampness-turbidity， combined with dietary， exercise， and psychological care， demonstrated positive effects on metabolic regulation in abdominal obesity with diabetes （Xiaoke disease） under the TCM pattern of "spleen deficiency with dampness excess."
