摘要

本文总结1例重症肌无力合并失眠患者的临床资料，基于中医辨证的施护理念，给予口服中药、针灸治疗、穴位贴敷、耳穴压丸及中医八段锦等治疗，配合生活护理、饮食护理及情志护理等干预措施，采用中西医结合的治疗方法能够同时发挥中医和西医各自的优势，改善患者预后，提高患者对治疗的信心和依从性，有效改善患者病情，提高患者睡眠质量，该案例为重症肌无力合并失眠患者的整体提供了参考价值，值得临床借鉴。

Abstract

This article summarizes the clinical data of a patient with myasthenia gravis and insomnia. Based on the concept of syndrome differentiation and treatment in traditional Chinese medicine， the patient was treated with oral Chinese medicine， acupuncture， acupoint application， auricular acupressure pills， and traditional Chinese Qigong exercises. Combined with intervention measures such as life care， dietary care， and emotional care， the integrated treatment approach combining traditional Chinese and Western medicine was adopted. This approach could simultaneously leverage the respective advantages of traditional Chinese and Western medicine， improve the prognosis of the patient， enhance the patient's confidence and compliance with treatment， effectively improve the patient's condition， and enhance the patient's sleep quality. This case provides overall reference value for patients with myasthenia gravis and insomnia and is worthy of clinical reference.
