摘要

本案例总结应用自制清胰贴穴位敷贴、中药贴敷及穴位埋针三联技术治疗1例儿童胰腺分裂症ERCP术后并发急性胰腺炎的护理经验。以中医辨证施护及经络理论为指导，将清胰贴和芒硝等中药有效结合贴敷腹部，佐以穴位埋针起到疏肝健脾、通腑泄热的作用。以中西结合护理模式通过内病外治的方式加速急性胰腺炎症状的改善，缩短病程，有利于临床参考。

Abstract

This case report summarizes the nursing experience of applying a triple therapy-self-developed Qingyi Paste acupoint application， traditional Chinese herbal compresses， and acupoint embedding needles-for a pediatric patient with acute pancreatitis complicating endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography （ERCP） due to pancreas divisum. Guided by the principles of syndrome differentiation in Traditional Chinese Medicine （TCM） and meridian theory， the integration of Qingyi Paste and herbal agents for abdominal application， combined with acupoint embedding， aimed to soothe the liver， strengthen the spleen， and clear heat by purging the fu organs. The combined TCM-Western nursing model， utilizing external therapies to treat internal diseases， accelerated symptom relief in acute pancreatitis and shortened the disease course， offering clinical reference value.
