摘要

本文总结1例八段锦联合耳穴压丸治疗心悸伴抑郁状态患者的护理体会。基于辨证理论，实施八段锦联合耳穴压丸中医特色疗法，同时配合病情观察、生活起居及饮食指导等常规护理措施。经治疗，患者未出现心悸、胸闷头晕症状，抑郁状态得到明显缓解。

Abstract

This article summarizes the nursing experience of one case treated with Baduanjin combined with auricular acupressure for palpitations accompanied by a depressive state. Based on syndrome differentiation theory， the patient received the characteristic TCM therapies of Baduanjin combined with auricular acupressure， alongside conventional nursing measures including clinical observation， guidance on daily living， and dietary advice. Following treatment， the patient no longer experienced symptoms of palpitations， chest tightness， or dizziness， and the depressive state was significantly alleviated.
