摘要

本文总结头部三联疗法治疗1例肝阳上亢型高血压失眠患者的护理经验。采用头部失眠推拿、头部刮痧以及耳穴压丸的综合疗法进行干预，结合生活起居、病情观察、饮食指导及情志护理等护理措施。经治疗，该综合疗法在缓解患者高血压，改善失眠症状等方面效果显著，提高了患者生活质量。

Abstract

This article summarizes the nursing experience of a patient with hypertension-related insomnia due to liver Yang hyperactivity treated with triple head therapy， integrating scalp massage for insomnia， scalp scraping， and auricular acupressure with seed embedding. Comprehensive nursing measures， including lifestyle guidance， condition monitoring， dietary counseling， and emotional regulation， were implemented. The combined therapy demonstrated significant efficacy in alleviating hypertension， improving sleep quality， and enhancing the patient's overall quality of life.
