摘要

本文总结耳穴压丸联合集束化护理模式治疗1例机械通气患者的护理体会。通集束化护理从气囊管理、气道湿化、人工气道周围皮肤护理、气道吸引、消毒隔离及肠内营养管理等方面强化管理，结合耳穴压丸的中医疗法，有效预防机械通气并发症的发生，帮助患者成功撤离呼吸机，促进康复。

Abstract

This article summarizes the nursing experience of treating a mechanically ventilated patient using Auricular Acupressure combined with a Bundle Nursing Care model. The bundle nursing interventions reinforced management across multiple dimensions， including cuff management， airway humidification， artificial airway skin care， airway suctioning， disinfection/isolation protocols， and enteral nutrition management. Integrated with the TCM therapy of Auricular Acupressure， this approach effectively prevented mechanical ventilation-related complications， facilitated successful weaning from the ventilator， and promoted patient recovery.
