Nursing Experience in Treating a Case of Dry Eye Syndrome with Integrated Chinese and Western Medicine Therapy Based on TCM Constitution Identification Analysis
This article summarizes the nursing experience of treating one dry eye syndrome patient. Artificial tears were used to alleviate symptoms of insufficient tear secretion. Subsequently, based on constitution identification analysis, personalized external TCM therapies were combined. This approach fully leveraged the advantages of integrated Chinese and Western medicine nursing, enhancing therapeutic efficacy. After two courses of outpatient treatment intervention, the patient's dry eye symptoms were significantly alleviated, anxiety was noticeably reduced, effectively promoting disease recovery and enhancement of quality of life.
