摘要

本文旨在通过总结1例下肢血栓性浅静脉炎患者，运用中药芒硝封包联合中药溻渍治疗的护理过程。应用该护理模式后，有效缓解患肢肿胀、疼痛及灼热感等症状，促进炎症吸收，在改善患者睡眠质量、疼痛情况及焦虑情绪等方面的作用优势明显。经过规范治疗与针对性护理，入院后第4天患者患肢症状明显减轻，第14天症状消失，第22天顺利出院。予患者电话随访1个月，患肢恢复良好，未出现症状反复，生活质量显著提升。

Abstract

This article summarizes the nursing process of a patient with lower extremity superficial thrombophlebitis treated with a combination of herbal Glauber's salt compress and herbal soaking therapy. The intervention effectively alleviated symptoms such as limb swelling， pain， and burning sensation， promoted inflammation absorption， and demonstrated significant advantages in improving sleep quality， pain levels， and anxiety. After standardized treatment and targeted nursing care， the patient showed marked symptom reduction by day 4， complete resolution by day 14， and was discharged on day 22. A one-month telephone follow-up confirmed sustained recovery without recurrence and significantly improved quality of life.
