摘要

本文总结1例老年女性肝经郁热型带状疱疹后遗神经痛患者的治疗与护理经验。通过耳尖放血联合刺络拔罐的中医特色疗法，配合针对性护理干预，经14 d综合治疗后，患者疼痛程度显著减轻，睡眠质量、焦虑情绪及生活自理能力均得到明显改善。

Abstract

This article summarizes the treatment and nursing experience of an elderly female patient with postherpetic neuralgia of liver channel stagnant heat type. Through the integrated application of traditional Chinese medicine （TCM） therapies—auricular bloodletting combined with pricking-cupping—along with targeted nursing interventions， the patient showed significant improvements after 14 days of comprehensive treatment， including reduced pain intensity， enhanced sleep quality， alleviated anxiety， and improved self-care ability.
