摘要

本文报告1例中药热奄包治疗高脂血症性重症急性胰腺炎（HLAP）患者疼痛的护理体会。在中医理论指导下，针对患者的疼痛症状进行护理，护理重点包括中药热奄包、疼痛管理及心理干预等。通过中药热奄包进行局部热敷，有温经通络、活血化瘀及驱寒除湿等功效，缓解患者症状，同时加强心理支持，缓解焦虑。

Abstract

This paper reports the nursing experience of using a Traditional Chinese Medicine （TCM） Hot Compress Pack for pain management in one case of hyperlipidemic severe acute pancreatitis （HLAP）. Guided by TCM theory， targeted nursing interventions were implemented for the patient's pain symptoms， with a focus on the application of the TCM Hot Compress Pack， pain management， and psychological support. Local heat therapy with the TCM Hot Compress Pack demonstrated effects including warming meridians， activating blood circulation to resolve stasis， and dispelling cold-dampness according to TCM principles， effectively alleviating symptoms. Concurrent psychological interventions reduced patient anxiety.
