摘要

本文探究1例乙状结肠切除术后一周行股骨粗隆内固定术患者的围手术期中西医结合的护理效果。通过对本病例的回顾性分析，探讨乙状结肠切除术后一周的老年高龄患者如何平稳度过股骨粗隆髓内钉内固定术的围术期，针对患者术前术后的潜在并发症提出相应的护理预防措施，包括静脉血栓、肺栓塞、出血预防及疼痛干预等，采用中西医结合的治疗方法减少患者痛苦，促进患者顺利恢复，减少术后并发症。

Abstract

This study investigates the perioperative nursing outcomes of integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine （TCM-WM） in an elderly patient who underwent intertrochanteric intramedullary nail fixation one week after sigmoidectomy. Through retrospective case analysis， we explored strategies to ensure a stable perioperative course for geriatric patients with recent colorectal surgery. Key nursing interventions addressed potential complications， including venous thrombosis， pulmonary embolism， hemorrhage prevention， and pain management. The combined TCM-WM approach effectively alleviated discomfort， promoted recovery， and reduced postoperative complications.
