摘要

本文总结1例糖尿病肾病合并便秘患者的护理体会。针对糖尿病肾病患者存在的常见便秘症状，根据中医辨证论治，通过耳穴贴压联合中药膏摩治疗，同时予辨证施护措施，改善患者便秘症状，缓解焦虑症状，促进患者疾病症状的改善。

Abstract

This article summarizes the nursing experience of a patient with diabetic nephropathy complicated by constipation. Targeting the common symptom of constipation in diabetic nephropathy patients， a tailored approach based on Traditional Chinese Medicine （TCM） syndrome differentiation was adopted. The combined therapy of auricular point pressing and Chinese herbal ointment massage， alongside syndrome-specific nursing interventions， effectively alleviated constipation and anxiety symptoms， promoting overall clinical improvement.
