摘要

本文总结应用穴位贴敷联合中药热奄包治疗1例痰热腑实型中风病患者头晕的护理效果和经验。入院完善临床检查，基于护理评估和中医辨证，实施中医特色技术穴位贴敷联合中药热奄包，治疗期间配合常规护理、饮食指导、情志护理及健康宣教，有效缓解患者头晕症状，加速患者康复，缩短住院治疗周期，提高患者生活质量。穴位贴敷及中药热奄包技术具有安全便捷且无毒副作用，患者易于接受，适宜临床推广。

Abstract

This article summarizes the nursing efficacy and experience of applying acupoint application combined with Chinese herbal hot compress packs to treat dizziness in a stroke patient presenting with a phlegm-heat and fu-organ excess pattern. Upon admission， clinical examinations were completed. Based on nursing assessment and Traditional Chinese Medicine （TCM） pattern differentiation， the TCM characteristic techniques of acupoint application and Chinese herbal hot compress packs were implemented. During treatment， these were combined with routine care， dietary guidance， emotional nursing， and health education. This integrated approach effectively alleviated the patient's dizziness symptoms， accelerated recovery， shortened the hospital stay， and improved the patient's quality of life. The techniques of acupoint application and Chinese herbal hot compress packs are safe， convenient， free from toxic side effects， well-accepted by patients， and suitable for clinical promotion.
