摘要

本文总结1例脉冲短波、红光照射联合中药膏摩治疗肘管综合征患者的临床护理个案。通过对患者实施护理评估，采用理疗、肌力增强、神经保护性训练及教育一体的辨证施护模式。经治疗，该患者视觉模拟评分法（visual analogue scale， VAS）评分由6分降至1分，肌力由3级增强至4级，DASH上肢功能评定表（Disabilities of the Arm， Shoulder and Hand）评分由88分降至19分，Oberlin ADL量表评分由7分降至2分，尺神经传导速度由30.1 m/s升至48.6 m/s，无不良反应。本案例采用的中西医结合护理方式能有效改善患者肘管综合征症状，且副作用小，依从性高，易于临床实施。

Abstract

This article summarizes the clinical nursing management of a patient with cubital tunnel syndrome treated with pulsed shortwave， red light irradiation， and Chinese herbal ointment massage. Through comprehensive nursing assessment， an integrated syndrome differentiation nursing model was applied， combining physiotherapy， muscle strength enhancement， neuroprotective training， and patient education. After treatment， the patient’s Visual Analogue Scale （VAS） score decreased from 6 to 1， muscle strength improved from grade 3 to 4， the Disabilities of the Arm， Shoulder and Hand （DASH） score reduced from 88 to 19， the Oberlin Activities of Daily Living （ADL） scale score decreased from 7 to 2， and ulnar nerve conduction velocity increased from 30.1 m/s to 48.6 m/s， with no adverse reactions observed. This case demonstrates that the combined traditional Chinese and Western nursing approach effectively alleviates symptoms of cubital tunnel syndrome， with minimal side effects， high compliance， and ease of clinical implementation.
