摘要

目的

以1例阴虚阳亢型高血压留置针导致血栓性静脉炎住院患者为例，分析外涂金黄膏+湿敷硫酸镁的护理价值。

方法

选取1例阴虚阳亢型高血压留置针导致血栓性静脉炎住院患者，外涂金黄膏、湿敷硫酸镁及综合护理干预，观察护理效果。

结果

本例患者经临床干预后患肢的皮肤红肿热痛，条索状物形成，可触及到条索状的静脉，穿刺点可见脓性液流出等症状减轻，创面愈合良好，感染等并发症得到有效控制。

结论

高血压（阴虚阳亢型）留置针导致血栓性静脉炎住院患者护理中，行外涂金黄膏、湿敷硫酸镁及综合护理可减轻其临床症状，促进创面愈合，防范并发症发生，可行推广。

Abstract

Objective

To analyze the nursing value of external application of Jinhuang ointment combined with magnesium sulfate wet compress in a hospitalized patient with thrombophlebitis caused by an indwelling needle， presenting with hypertension of the Yin deficiency and Yang hyperactivity pattern.

Methods

One inpatient with Yin deficiency and Yang hyperactivity-pattern hypertension who developed thrombophlebitis due to an indwelling needle was selected. Interventions included external application of Jinhuang ointment， magnesium sulfate wet compress， and comprehensive nursing care. The nursing outcomes were observed.

Results

After clinical intervention， symptoms in the affected limb—including skin redness， swelling， heat， pain， cord-like structure formation， palpable thrombosed veins， and purulent discharge from the puncture site—were significantly alleviated. The wound healed well， and complications such as infection were effectively controlled.

Conclusion

For hospitalized hypertensive patients （Yin deficiency and Yang hyperactivity pattern） with thrombophlebitis induced by indwelling needles， the combined approach of external Jinhuang ointment application， magnesium sulfate wet compress， and comprehensive nursing care can alleviate clinical symptoms， promote wound healing， and prevent complications. This protocol is worthy of clinical promotion.
