摘要

机械辅助排痰作为现代呼吸治疗的关键技术，其通过物理振动帮助痰液松动并排出，在慢性阻塞性肺疾病、肺炎等呼吸系统疾病的治疗中得到广泛应用。与此同时，中医护理技术（如穴位贴敷、耳穴压丸、拔火罐等）通过调节经络气血、增强机体免疫力，为排痰提供有力的辅助。将两种方法相结合，不仅显著提升排痰效率，且通过全身的整体调节进一步改善患者的预后。本文将分享1例肺咳风热犯肺证患者发生肺实变在接受机械辅助排痰及穴位贴敷治疗后病情好转的护理体会。

Abstract

As a critical modern respiratory therapy， mechanical sputum drainage utilizes physical vibrations to loosen and expel sputum， demonstrating extensive clinical utility in treating respiratory conditions such as chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and pneumonia. Concurrently， Traditional Chinese Medicine （TCM） nursing techniques—including acupoint sticking therapy， auricular plaster therapy， and cupping—facilitate sputum clearance by regulating meridians， enhancing qi-blood circulation， and boosting immune function. Integrating these approaches not only significantly improves sputum expulsion efficiency but also optimizes patient prognosis through holistic systemic regulation. This report details the nursing management of a patient with lung cough （wind-heat invading lung pattern） complicated by pulmonary consolidation， whose condition markedly improved following combined mechanical sputum drainage and acupoint application therapy.
