摘要

本文总结1例气滞血瘀型腰椎间盘突出症患者应用中药砭石熨摩技术治疗的护理经验。在中医气血理论及辨证施护理论指导下，根据患者腰部疼痛、肢体麻木等问题，对患者实施砭石熨摩透入治疗中医外治疗法，并配合饮食护理、功能锻炼及情志护理等护理措施，有效缓解患者腰部疼痛及肢体麻木，提高患者生活质量。

Abstract

This article summarizes the nursing experience of applying Bian-stone herbal ironing therapy in a patient with lumbar disc herniation due to Qi stagnation and blood stasis. Guided by the theories of Qi-blood regulation and TCM syndrome differentiation， the patient received external therapy using heated Bian-stone penetration combined with herbal medicine， alongside dietary guidance， functional exercise， and emotional nursing. These interventions effectively alleviated lumbar pain and limb numbness， improving the patient's quality of life.
