摘要

本文总结1例应用中药面膜技术治疗肺胃蕴热型痤疮患者的护理经验。在整体观念和辨证论治原则下，利用中药面膜的外治方法，使药物经皮肤吸收，达到清热解毒、活血化瘀的效果。患者经门诊连续治疗4周后，皮疹和脓疱明显减少，无新发皮疹；2周后回访，丘疹和脓疱消失，色沉处颜色变浅，患者对治疗效果满意，体现了中医的特色和优势。

Abstract

This report summarizes the nursing experience of applying a Chinese herbal facial mask to treat a patient with acne of the Lung-Stomach Heat Accumulation pattern. Guided by the holistic concept and syndrome differentiation principles of Traditional Chinese Medicine （TCM）， the external application of the herbal mask facilitated transdermal absorption of active compounds， achieving therapeutic effects of heat-clearing， detoxification， and blood stasis resolution. After 4 weeks of consecutive outpatient treatment， the patient exhibited significant reduction in papules and pustules with no new lesions. At the 2-week follow-up， papules and pustules had completely resolved， with fading of post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation. The patient expressed satisfaction with the treatment outcomes， demonstrating the distinctive strengths of TCM therapeutic approaches.
