摘要

本文总结1例肝郁化火型失眠患者应用耳穴贴压联合艾灸治疗护理经验。在护理常规基础上，结合中医辨证施护理论，实施耳穴贴压联合艾灸治疗。护理过程中注重辨证施护、情志护理、生活起居和健康宣教，经治疗患者焦虑性失眠症状有所改善，生活质量得到提高。

Abstract

This article summarizes the nursing experience of treating a patient with insomnia due to liver depression transforming into fire using auricular acupressure combined with moxibustion. Building upon routine nursing care and guided by the TCM syndrome differentiation theory， the integrated protocol emphasized syndrome-specific interventions， emotional regulation counseling， lifestyle adjustment guidance， and health education. The treatment significantly improved anxiety-related insomnia symptoms and enhanced the patient's quality of life.
