摘要

本文总结1例支气管扩张症合并感染伴焦虑抑郁状态患者的中西医结合护理经验。通过个性化气道管理、氧疗护理及中医特色护理技术等综合措施，患者临床症状显著改善，焦虑抑郁评分有所下降，提示中西医结合护理在改善支气管扩张症合并感染伴焦虑抑郁状态患者的临床症状及心理状态方面具有协同作用，以期为此类患者的中西医治疗与护理提供借鉴。

Abstract

This article summarizes the integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine nursing experience for one patient with bronchiectasis complicated by infection and comorbid anxiety-depression. Through comprehensive interventions including personalized airway management， oxygen therapy care， and specialized TCM nursing techniques， the patient's clinical symptoms significantly improved， and anxiety-depression scores decreased. The results suggest that integrated nursing exerts synergistic effects in ameliorating both clinical symptoms and psychological status in such patients， aiming to provide reference for the treatment and nursing of similar cases.
