摘要

胸腔镜下肺叶切除术是治疗肺部疾病的常见微创术式，术中侧卧位的正确摆放对手术视野暴露、操作便利性及患者术后并发症预防具有重要意义。通过规范化护理干预，将舒适护理贯穿手术全程，可有效减少体位相关并发症（如压力性损伤、神经损伤及循环呼吸抑制等），提高手术安全性及患者舒适度，充分暴露手术野，提高手术成功率与患者术后康复质量。本文就1例侧卧位胸腔镜下右侧肺叶切除术患者的体位摆放进行分析。

Abstract

Thoracoscopic lobectomy is a common minimally invasive procedure for treating pulmonary diseases， where proper lateral decubitus positioning is crucial for optimal surgical field exposure， operational convenience， and prevention of postoperative complications. Through standardized nursing interventions integrating comfort care throughout the procedure， positioning-related complications （e.g.， pressure injuries， nerve damage， and cardiopulmonary compromise） can be effectively minimized. This approach enhances surgical safety， patient comfort， and surgical field exposure， thereby improving operative success rates and postoperative recovery quality. This article analyzes the positioning management for a patient undergoing right lobectomy via thoracoscopy in lateral decubitus position.
