摘要

本文总结1例中药膏摩联合穴位贴敷治疗气虚型功能性便秘患者的护理体会。结合护理评估结果及辨证分型，采用中药膏摩联合穴位贴敷技术，以促进腹部气血运行、疏通经络、清热解毒，配合健康宣教，可显著改善便秘症状，提高患者生活质量。

Abstract

This article summarizes the nursing experience of herbal ointment massage combined with acupoint application in treating a case of functional constipation with qi deficiency pattern. Based on nursing assessment and TCM syndrome differentiation， the combined therapy of herbal ointment massage and acupoint application was applied to promote abdominal qi and blood circulation， unblock meridians， and clear heat-toxins. Combined with health education， the treatment significantly alleviated constipation symptoms and improved the patient's quality of life.
