摘要

本文总结1例小儿推拿联合捏脊疗法应用于厌食患儿的治疗与护理经验。通过中医辨证分型，针对患儿厌食情况，采用小儿推拿联合捏脊的治疗方法，配合生活饮食护理的宣教，有效地提高患儿食欲，促进体格发育，疗效显著。

Abstract

This article summarizes the treatment and nursing experience of applying Pediatric Tuina combined with Spine Pinching Therapy in a child with anorexia. Through TCM pattern differentiation， the integrated approach of Pediatric Tuina and Spine Pinching Therapy was administered to address the child's anorexia， complemented by dietary guidance and lifestyle education. This intervention effectively improved the child's appetite， promoted physical growth， demonstrating significant efficacy.
