摘要

本病例详细报告手法通乳中医技术联合中药膏摩治疗1例急性化脓性乳腺炎脓肿形成期患者的护理过程。通过全面护理评估，制定并实施针对性护理措施，手法通乳和中药膏摩两种中医技术联合使用，使患者病情得到快速有效控制并康复，体现了中医护理技术在急性化脓性乳腺炎治疗中的重要作用和独特优势，值得临床应用推广。

Abstract

This case report details the nursing management of a patient with acute suppurative mastitis at the abscess formation stage， treated through the integration of manual galactagogic technique and herbal ointment massage. Comprehensive nursing assessment guided the implementation of tailored interventions. The combined application of these Traditional Chinese Medicine （TCM） techniques facilitated rapid and effective disease control and recovery， demonstrating the significant role and unique advantages of TCM nursing interventions in managing acute suppurative mastitis， thereby supporting its clinical adoption.
