摘要

本文总结1例肝硬化伴食管胃底静脉曲张破裂出血患者的护理经验。通过科学的评估，辨证取穴，应用中药膏摩及五音疗法等中医适宜技术，配合实施饮食指导、用药护理、健康宣教及并发症护理等，予患者止血治疗并预防再发出血，促进患者康复。

Abstract

This article summarizes the nursing experience of a patient with liver cirrhosis complicated by esophagogastric variceal bleeding. Through scientific assessment and syndrome differentiation-based acupoint selection， Traditional Chinese Medicine （TCM） techniques such as herbal ointment massage and five-element music therapy were applied， combined with dietary guidance， medication management， health education， and complication prevention. These interventions effectively controlled bleeding， prevented rebleeding， and promoted patient recovery.
