摘要

本文总结1例耳穴压丸联合中药膏摩治疗突聋患者的护理体会。本例通过中西医结合护理，在西医改善微循环、激素治疗的基础上，联合中医耳穴压丸清肝泻火、中药膏摩通局部，辅以情志与饮食调护，有效缩短病程，促进听力恢复，体现中西医协同改善耳窍气血循环、调节脏腑功能的优势。

Abstract

This report summarizes the nursing experience for a patient with sudden deafness treated using auricular plaster therapy combined with Chinese herbal ointment massage. Through integrated Chinese-Western nursing interventions—building upon Western medical treatments for microcirculation improvement and hormone therapy—the approach incorporated Traditional Chinese Medicine （TCM） techniques. Auricular plaster therapy was applied to clear liver fire， while herbal ointment massage enhanced local meridian circulation. These were supplemented with emotional regulation and dietary guidance， effectively shortening the disease course and promoting hearing recovery. This case demonstrates the synergistic advantages of combining Chinese and Western medicine in improving qi-blood circulation of the ear orifice and regulating visceral functions.
