摘要

本文总结肠道菌群移植联合虎符铜砭刮痧改善1例便秘患者的护理体会。根据患者临床症状，在完善护理评估的基础上，了解到肠道微生态失衡对便秘有着重要影响。应用粪菌移植是治疗便秘研究的热点，配合虎符铜砭刮痧有效提升了治疗效果，治疗期间加强对患者心理护理、饮食指导和生活起居等综合护理干预，一周后患者便秘症状评分由干预前的13分降低至8分，有效缓解患者便秘症状，促进患者恢复，效果显著。

Abstract

This article summarizes the nursing experience of using intestinal microbiota transplantation （IMT） combined with tiger-emblem copper scraping therapy to improve constipation in one patient. Based on a comprehensive nursing assessment of the patient’s clinical symptoms， it was identified that intestinal microecological imbalance significantly contributes to constipation. Fecal microbiota transplantation （FMT） is a prominent research focus in constipation treatment， and its combination with tiger-emblem copper scraping therapy effectively enhanced therapeutic outcomes. During the treatment period， integrated nursing interventions—including psychological care， dietary guidance， and lifestyle adjustments—were emphasized. After one week， the patient’s constipation symptom score decreased from 13 （pre-intervention） to 8， demonstrating significant alleviation of symptoms and promoting recovery.
