摘要

本文总结1例肺癌晚期并发失眠患者应用耳穴压丸治疗的护理效果及临床经验。基于中医辨证施护理论，通过选取特定穴位实施耳穴压丸技术，并结合情志调护、生活指导等综合护理干预，患者失眠症状得到显著改善。研究证实耳穴压丸技术在肿瘤患者症状管理中具有重要应用价值。

Abstract

This article summarizes the nursing efficacy and clinical experience of auricular plaster therapy in treating insomnia in a patient with advanced lung cancer. Based on the theory of syndrome differentiation in Traditional Chinese Medicine nursing， targeted auricular acupoints were selected for plaster therapy， combined with comprehensive interventions including emotional regulation and lifestyle guidance. The patient's insomnia symptoms showed significant improvement. This study confirms the important clinical value of auricular plaster therapy in symptom management for cancer patients.
