摘要

本文详细报告1例17岁女性抗NMDAR脑炎患者的综合护理过程。患者以“食欲减退26 d，精神行为异常17 d，肢体抽搐11 d，发热5 d”为主诉入院，入院时呈昏迷状态，合并肺部感染。在常规西医治疗基础上，系统实施包括百会穴按摩、艾灸疗法及耳穴贴压等中医特色护理技术，配合个体化的康复训练和心理干预。经过4周治疗，患者意识状态明显改善，肢体功能显著恢复，最终好转出院。本案例详细阐述各项护理措施的具体实施方法、操作要点及效果评价，为临床护理自身免疫性脑炎患者提供可借鉴的实践经验。

Abstract

This article details the comprehensive nursing process for a 17-year-old female patient with anti-NMDAR encephalitis. The patient was admitted with chief complaints of "decreased appetite for 26 days， psychiatric and behavioral abnormalities for 17 days， limb convulsions for 11 days， and fever for 5 days，" presenting in a comatose state complicated by pulmonary infection. Alongside conventional Western medical treatment， systematic Traditional Chinese Medicine （TCM） nursing techniques were implemented， including acupressure at Baihui （GV20）， moxibustion therapy， and auricular acupoint plaster therapy， combined with personalized rehabilitation training and psychological intervention. After four weeks of treatment， the patient’s consciousness significantly improved， limb function markedly recovered， and she was eventually discharged in stable condition. This case report elaborates on the specific implementation methods， key operational points， and efficacy evaluation of these nursing measures， providing practical insights for the clinical nursing care of autoimmune encephalitis patients.
