摘要

总结分析1例姜绒蜡泥疗法联合经筋刺法治疗中风后上肢痉挛性瘫痪患者的护理经验。基于中医辨证施护理论，应用姜绒蜡泥疗法联合经筋刺法，并在常规护理、功能锻炼护理及心理护理方面予以辨证施护，有效改善患者中风后上肢痉挛瘫痪的症状，提高自理能力以及生活质量，增强患者康复信心。

Abstract

This study summarizes the nursing experience of a post-stroke patient with upper limb spastic paralysis treated with ginger-fluff wax therapy combined with meridian-sinew acupuncture. Based on the principles of syndrome-differentiated nursing in Traditional Chinese Medicine （TCM）， the integrated application of ginger-fluff wax therapy and meridian-sinew acupuncture， alongside routine care， functional exercise training， and psychological support， effectively alleviated spastic paralysis， improved self-care ability and quality of life， and enhanced the patient’s rehabilitation confidence.
