摘要

本文总结1例超声电导定向透药联合五音疗法治疗面瘫的护理经验。在中医理论指导下辨证分型，通过个性化护理评估，予患者饮食起居及健康教育等护理干预。经治疗，患者面神经功能恢复显著，症状改善明显，显著提高患者生活质量，体现了中西医治疗与护理的协同优势。

Abstract

This article summarizes the nursing experience of a case of facial paralysis treated with ultrasonic electric-guided targeted drug delivery combined with Five-Element music therapy. Guided by TCM theory， syndrome differentiation was performed， and personalized nursing interventions—including dietary guidance， lifestyle adjustments， and health education—were implemented. The treatment significantly improved the patient's facial nerve function and symptoms， enhancing quality of life and demonstrating the synergistic advantages of integrated Chinese and Western medicine in therapy and nursing.
