摘要

本文报告1例全身多处不可分期压力性损伤的患者，通过中药外敷联合红外线电磁波的护理方法干预，精准给予护理措施，经过60 d的护理，患者的压力性损伤情况得到有效改善。患者骶尾部11 cm×10 cm全层皮肤缺失伴8 cm×6 cm腐肉面积缩小为9 cm×6 cm干性焦痂，左大腿内侧11 cm×8 cm全层皮肤缺失伴6 cm×6 cm焦痂面积缩小为6 cm×4 cm干性焦痂，右大腿内侧10 cm×7 cm全层皮肤缺失伴散在腐肉面积缩小为5 cm×5 cm干性焦痂，且未有渗液渗出，感染得到有效控制，患者平稳出院。

Abstract

This report describes a case of a patient with multiple unstageable pressure injuries treated with external application of traditional Chinese medicine （TCM） combined with infrared electromagnetic wave therapy. Targeted nursing interventions were implemented over 60 days， resulting in significant improvement. The sacrococcygeal wound （11 cm × 10 cm full-thickness skin loss with 8 cm × 6 cm necrotic tissue） reduced to 9 cm × 6 cm dry eschar； the left medial thigh wound （11 cm × 8 cm full-thickness skin loss with 6 cm × 6 cm eschar） decreased to 6 cm × 4 cm dry eschar； and the right medial thigh wound （10 cm × 7 cm full-thickness skin loss with scattered necrotic tissue） diminished to 5 cm × 5 cm dry eschar. No exudate was observed， infection was effectively controlled， and the patient was discharged in stable condition.
