摘要

本文总结中药膏摩联合耳穴贴压治疗1例直肠癌泄泻患者的护理效果及经验。在中医辨证施护理论的指导下，予患者中药膏摩、耳穴贴压治疗，同时加强心理护理和饮食护理，治疗后患者泄泻症状得到改善。采用中药膏摩联合耳穴贴压技术治疗效果显著，操作简单，不良反应少，可有效提升患者生活质量。

Abstract

This report details the nursing efficacy and experience of integrating herbal ointment massage and auricular acupressure for a rectal cancer patient with diarrhea. Guided by TCM syndrome differentiation nursing theory， the interventions included herbal ointment massage， auricular acupressure， intensive psychological support， and dietary counseling. Post-treatment， the patient's diarrhea symptoms significantly improved. The combined protocol demonstrated notable clinical efficacy， operational simplicity， minimal adverse effects， and enhanced quality of life.
