摘要

本文总结1例重度营养不良再喂养综合征（RFS）患者的中西医结合护理经验。护理要点包括培补气血生化之源，遵循低热量起始、逐步递增的营养降阶梯管理，腹部经穴推拿改善便秘，中药塌渍结合中药涂药缓解皮肤瘙痒，康复训练联合心理疏导等。经治疗两个月，患者营养、便秘、皮肤及肢体活动度等方面较前有所好转，中西医结合护理管理为患者提供全面、个性化的护理方案，有效改善患者临床结局。

Abstract

This case report summarizes the integrated Traditional Chinese Medicine （TCM） and Western nursing approach for a patient with severe malnutrition and refeeding syndrome （RFS）. Key interventions included：TCM-based nutritional rehabilitation focusing on replenishing qi and blood sources. Stepwise caloric escalation protocol with low-calorie initiation and gradual increment. Abdominal acupoint massage to alleviate constipation.Topical TCM therapies （herbal compression and ointment application） for pruritus relief. Combined rehabilitation training and psychological counseling. After two months of treatment， significant improvements were observed in nutritional status， bowel function， skin condition， and limb mobility. The integrated TCM-Western nursing framework provided a comprehensive and personalized care plan， effectively enhancing clinical outcomes.
