摘要

本文总结1例2型糖尿病合并肺脓肿患者的中西医结合护理体会。西医主要采用抗生素联合支气管肺泡灌洗治疗，中医以中医理论为依据在辨证基础上使用耳穴压豆及穴位贴敷等中医外治法，配合个性化临床护理。治疗2周后，患者发热、咳嗽及咳痰症状明显缓解，右肺脓肿范围较前明显缩小。

Abstract

This article summarizes the integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine （TCM-WM） nursing experience for one case of Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus （T2DM） complicated by pulmonary abscess. Western interventions primarily included antibiotic therapy combined with bronchoalveolar lavage. Traditional Chinese medicine interventions， guided by TCM theory and syndrome differentiation， incorporated external therapies such as auricular acupressure with beans and acupoint application， alongside individualized clinical nursing. After two weeks of treatment， the patient’s symptoms of fever， cough， and expectoration significantly improved， and the pulmonary abscess area in the right lung markedly reduced compared to baseline.
