摘要

目的

本文总结1例中医埋线联合穴位贴敷改善1例糖尿病肥胖患者血糖与体重的护理经验，为临床护理实践提供理论依据。

方法

在中医埋线联合穴位贴敷治疗的基础上，实施情志护理和膳食调护。

结果

经治疗，患者体重从80 kg降至73 kg，空腹血糖从8.8 mmol/L降至6.8 mmol/L，SAS评分从55分降至32分，患者自诉倦怠乏力等临床症状明显减轻，生活质量明显提高。

结论

中医埋线联合穴位贴敷治疗糖尿病肥胖患者的过程中，联合情志护理和膳食调护能提高治疗效果，可进一步推广应用。

Abstract

Objective

This report summarizes the nursing experience of using catgut embedding combined with acupoint application to improve blood glucose and body weight in a diabetic obese patient， providing a theoretical basis for clinical nursing practice.

Methods

Based on catgut embedding and acupoint application therapy， emotional regulation nursing and dietary intervention were implemented.

Results

Post-treatment， the patient’s body weight decreased from 80 kg to 73 kg， fasting blood glucose reduced from 8.8 mmol/L to 6.8 mmol/L， and SAS score dropped from 55 to 32. The patient reported significant alleviation of clinical symptoms （e.g.， fatigue） and improved quality of life.

Conclusion

Integrating emotional regulation nursing and dietary intervention with catgut embedding and acupoint application enhances therapeutic efficacy for diabetic obesity， warranting broader clinical adoption.
